What would you highlight about Cosy House
Charming rustic location close to everything
We stayed 2 nights, everything was great. We had self check-in because we arrived at a time when nobody was there, it went smoothly. The place was close to the city centre, the fridge was working perfectly, the room was clean, the bed was comfy. It was also cold inside, perfect after the hot summer day in the city. There is also a common kitchen near the entrance. Our room was huge. It did its job, although don't expect the newest interior design, everything is just as on the photos, a rustic Italian place to rest.
The bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade, also the wardrobes smelled a bit old.

All attractions are easily accessible from property and good Indian hotels nearby.
Comfortable stay with good breakfast and access to property.
Walkable distance from station but still it’s 15 -20 minutes walk for lazy boy like me.

Ok for a few nights
The owner was very kind and available. The room was spacious and the location central.
The price was high for the quality but I guess that's just how Florence is. The facilities were quite old, the garden had a few rusty chairs and nothing more.

Charming bed & breakfast
Cosy House is a charming bed & breakfast. It is well located. Our room was very big, bright & beautifully decorated. We loved the courtyard garden & Simone was a very good & accommodating host.
We stayed in room 1 and it was a little noisy at night. We will definitely stay at Cosy House again but I’ll request a different room.
